We offer the following Services:
Fully Managed £250.00 plus 11% commission pcm (6 month contract applies)
Tenant Find Only £300.00
Both services include advertising your property on Zoopla, the placement of marketing boards if required, referencing tenants and setting up agreements (No other fees are payable)

Viewings normally carried out between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, however we are flexible regarding evening and weekend viewings.
When you have found the property you wish to rent we will supply you with a detailed application pack explaining the whole process, from reserving your property to moving in.
